L&T Employee Welfare Foundation’s” Scheme for support for Medical Treatment for Differently abled children was easy for us to use from the start. Each and every member of the Welfare Trust helped me in each and every stage of the scheme right from induction to processing of my claims on monthly basis. My child is undergoing various therapies and showing good progress.

Now the Trust has started digital initiative to accept the claims online by forming online portal. This is good initiative to save paper and environment.

My daughter Dr. Nimisha completed B.D.S from Govt. Dental College, CST, Mumbai and M.D.S (Prosthodontics/ Implantologist) from Govt. Dental College, Aurangabad and son Prayag completed B.E (Mech) from Thakur College of Engineering, Mumbai and now pursuing M.S (Mechanical) from Lakehead University, Ontario, CANADA.

Last year my son had got two Academic Excellence Reward from Larsen & Toubro Employees Welfare Foundation (LTEWF) now known as LTET under Scheme # 3 for NTSE Gujarat examination 1st Rank and Scheme # 4 for 96% in CBSE class 10 boards.

I am also very thankful for LTEWF which is giving good motivation to students for encouraging their performance in academic as well as talent search examinations. This recognition will serve as useful supplement to further improve of their studies.

First of all I would like to Thank L&T Employee Trust for bringing Scholarship Scheme which gives motivation to our kids as it is appreciation of their efforts & hard work towards achieving good score.

More than that it gives immense pleasure & satisfaction to me and my son that company where I am working from last more than 23 years is concern about our family members.

Along with professionalism at work place company is equally taking care of well-being of family members.

It is good source of inspiration for kids as they feel proud to receive scholarship on their own merit and for that they put their best efforts.

Limit of Scholarship amount in terms of amount as well as reimbursement percentage is good enough to take care of fees and books particularly when education is becoming more & more costly.
